These terms govern your use of FiveManage (the "Service"), a hosted FiveM server management panel operated by FiveHost ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or paying for a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FiveManage is a web-based panel that connects to your FiveM server's game database and administrative endpoints to provide tools for managing players, characters, bans, vehicles, inventories, allowlist, queue, Tebex automations, audit logs, and related features. The exact set of features available depends on your active subscription and any add-ons.
We may add, change, remove, or pause features at any time without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the panel, the marketing site, or your account email.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You sign in through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of the Discord account you use to access FiveManage. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. You must not share access credentials, nor allow anyone outside your authorised staff team to use your account.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all actions taken by staff members you grant access to. We are not liable for damage caused by unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to host, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
- Use the Service to attack, probe, or interfere with any system or network, including ours;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service to others without our written permission;
- Use the Service in connection with FiveM communities that breach Cfx.re's terms of service;
- Circumvent any rate limits, security mechanisms, or feature gates;
- Use automated scraping, bots, or crawlers against the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are in breach of these terms or putting the Service at risk.
4. Payments and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency selected at checkout. Add-ons are billed alongside your main subscription on the same cycle. Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal until you cancel.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. You will be notified before any price change takes effect for your account.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until then, and you will not be charged again.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for periods already paid. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within a billing period. You may cancel to prevent renewal at any time.
Founding Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable after a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
The only situation in which we will issue refunds for paid time you have not yet used is set out in section 6 below (cessation of trading).
6. Cessation of trading
If FiveHost permanently ceases to operate FiveManage as a commercial service — for any reason — we will:
- Provide as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable through the panel and your account email;
- Issue pro-rata refunds to active monthly and annual subscribers for the unused portion of their current paid billing period, calculated from the date the Service is shut down;
- Provide a final 30-day window during which you can export any data you have stored in the panel;
- Make best efforts to give Founding Lifetime members the source code, a self-hosted runtime, or a comparable transition path — though no specific transition mechanism is guaranteed.
Founding Lifetime purchases are not eligible for monetary refunds in the event of cessation of trading, regardless of how long you have used the Service. This is reflected in the lifetime price.
7. Service availability and uptime
FiveManage is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, deployments, upstream provider outages, network issues, or causes beyond our reasonable control.
We do not offer service-level credits, uptime guarantees, or compensation for downtime. The 99.9% uptime figure shown on our marketing site is an internal target, not a contractual commitment, and exceeding or falling short of it does not entitle you to any refund or credit.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you store within or sync to the Service. We make best efforts to retain your data but provide no guarantee against data loss caused by software errors, hardware failure, or third-party services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveHost, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of revenue, profit, players, donations, business reputation, or goodwill;
- Any loss or corruption of data, including game database content, character information, inventory items, currency balances, or any other in-game state;
- Any downtime, latency, or unavailability of the Service or your FiveM server;
- Any consequences of staff actions taken through the Service, whether authorised, unauthorised, mistaken, or malicious;
- Any losses arising from your use, misuse, or inability to use the Service;
- Any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive.
Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall in no circumstances exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you have paid us for the Service in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Your data and your game database
FiveManage connects to your FiveM server's game database (typically MySQL) through a WireGuard VPN tunnel that you set up yourself. Your game database remains on your own infrastructure at all times. We do not host, mirror, or take backups of your game database.
Through the panel you and your authorised staff can read from and write to your game database — including modifying player money, items, characters, bans, and similar data. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any change made through the panel is your responsibility, regardless of which staff member made it;
- The Service may execute write operations against your game database in response to actions you or your staff take;
- We are not liable for accidental, malicious, or mistaken actions taken by you or your staff through the panel.
The panel's own metadata — staff accounts, audit logs, allowlist state, role definitions, settings — is stored in our managed Postgres database. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Intellectual property
FiveManage, including all source code, designs, branding, documentation, and the bridge resource, is the property of FiveHost and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription only.
You may install and run the bridge resource on FiveM servers under your control, solely for the purpose of connecting them to your FiveManage account. You may not redistribute, modify, or extract the bridge resource for any other purpose.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party services including (but not limited to) Discord, Stripe, Cfx.re, and the cloud infrastructure provider hosting FiveManage. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or terms imposed by third parties, and any such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the panel or your account email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
